AFFI Honor Guard Training

This is our Training Outlines.  These are designed to again keep consistency through out the State.  You can print up these Drill Sign-in Sheets to keep track of who attended your trainings.  The drop down items on this section will take you to the Districts.  The Districts section of the web site has the location and times  Click on the following for the PDF files to print.

To begin the new training year in the right direction Training is sending the Honor Guard Command Staff and District Command Staffs the training sign-in sheet. Training is asking this is the only form to be used for documenting trainings. This is a writable PDF file that we recommend you save to a computer as your master copy. For all trainings print this form and have the members sign in. Once the drill is over the Drill Captain responsible for the drill is to fill out this form save it and then email it to me with in thirty days of your training. Once Training documents who attended Training will send a confirmation email. Send/deliver the original copy to the district commander and Training will collect copies from the Commanders at Convention, Spring Commanders meeting and Fall Commanders meeting for the files.

With all of us documenting trainings this way, Training receives training sheets in a timely manner and Commanders will know how their districts are doing attendance wise. Commanders when your district is hosting convention please have all members working the convention sign a training sheet documenting they were at convention. There will be a separate Commanders Convention sign in sheet also. Training appreciates your assistance in documenting our members training attendance requirements.
